Order Information

Online Orders
Orders can be placed online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Just select the products you want to order and follow the instructions on the screen. You'll receive a prompt confirmation of your order via e-mail.

Payment Options
Atria communities are invoiced after the orders have shipped.  When ordering through the Atria Store, please select purchase order as your payment option and then enter your name as the purchase order number when the system asks for one.  Credit cards are not billed through the Atria store.  Personal orders that require credit card payment will be billed separately after the order is shipped and invoiced.

When ordering through the Atria e-catalog, please choose Bill Me Later as your payment option.

Delivery
Orders for promotional items and blank items are processed on the day of receipt. Orders received after 2:00 p.m. are processed the next business day.  Production time for each item is listed in the item description.  Orders for embroidered items are processed on Fridays and production time is 7-10 business days.  Name tag orders are sent to our supplier on Tuesday and Friday afternoons and production time is 5-6 business days.

Please let us know if you have an event and we will make every effort to meet your in-hand date.  Rush charges and expedited shipping rates may apply.  We will notify you of any extra charges and require approval before proceeding with a rush order.

Shipping
All orders are shipped UPS Ground.  Due to discounted shipping rates, the Atria Store does not compute the correct shipping costs.  In order to avoid an incorrect order total, please select Free Shipping while in the Shopping Cart.  Shipping charges will be added to invoices when the orders are billed. 

Customization

Unless otherwise specified, all orders are printed with the Atria logo.  Most items can also be customized with the community name, address, and/or phone number.  Customization charges are incurred once and will not be charged again if a reorder is placed within one year and the imprint remains the same.  These charges will not appear in your shopping cart, but they will be added to the invoice.

Sales Tax
6% Kentucky state sales tax will be added to all orders shipped to or delivered in the state of Kentucky.

Return Policies
Because all Atria Store products are custom produced, they cannot be returned or exchanged. Please review your order carefully before submitting.  L.A. Promotions stands behind all of their products.  Defective merchandise will gladly be exchanged.
