On-Line Orders:
You can place an order online, 24/7. Just select the products you like and follow the instructions on the screen. You will receive a prompt confirmation of your order via e-mail.
Payment Options:
Humana employees have the option of paying via: MasterCard, Visa or American Express.
To pay with a credit card, you will be asked to provide the following with your online order: billing address, shipping address (Humana office address), credit card number, company name (if using a corporate card) and expiration date. No need to worry about the privacy of your payment information. Our server provides maximum security. All data is encrypted.
Note: Employee deductions, Purchase Orders and Safety Points are not accepted at the Humana eStore.

Delivery:
Standard production time is 7 to 10 working days after receipt of order. Orders received after 2:00 p.m. are processed the next business day. Next Day or 2nd Day shipping will apply after production time.
Back Orders
The Customer Service Department will notify you of any back-order delays. If you've ordered more than one item, we will ship those in stock without delay.
Shipping and Handling
Choose your preferred shipping method when making your online purchase. The appropriate shipping charge will automatically be added at the time of checkout. Free shipping is NOT AN OPTION for Humana orders. UPS ground shipping charges will be added to your order if you select the free shipping option.
Rush Orders
Please let us know if you need a rush delivery. We will do our best to accommodate your order. Rush charges may apply.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be added to all orders shipped or delivered within the state of Kentucky.
Return Policies
Because all Humana products are custom embroidered, they can not be returned or exchanged. Please review your order carefully before submitting. L. A. Promotions stands behind all of their products. Defective merchandise will gladly be exchanged.
