ON-LINE ORDERS The on-line service is available 24 hours a day. Simply select the products that you want and follow the instructions on the screen. Our secure order server protects credit card orders. All of the data that you enter, including credit card information, is encrypted while traveling the Internet. It cannot be intercepted for fraudulent use. An automatic confirmation will be sent back to you shortly. If there are any issues regarding your order, L.A. Promotions will contact you.PAYMENT OPTIONS LWC customers have the following payment options: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, personal check and/or vouchers. Voucher numbers and dollar amounts are entered in the shopping cart. When you place your order, the actual voucher must be sent to Linda Hampton, PublicInformation, 3rd Street where it will be verified for processing. DELIVERY TIME
Standard delivery time is four times a year after receipt of order. Approximate dates are March 15, June 15, September 15, and December 15. BACK ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS The Customer Service department will try to notify you of any backorder situations at the time of the order. If you've ordered more than one item, those in stock will ship.RETURN POLICIES All sales are considered custom and CAN NOT be returned or exchanged. Any defective merchandise will be exchanged.SHIPPING AND HANDLING FREE SHIPPING applies to orders placed and shipped directly to Linda Hampton on the regular ordering cycle.
